Executive Committee

Executive Committee meetings are held at 7pm ET the 2nd Monday of every month and rotate amoung the EC members homes.  In accordance with the bylaws the meetings are open to any member that would like to attend.  If you would like to attend an EC meeting please contact  us and let us know by the first Monday of the month.  This will allow us to adjust location if needed to accomodate more attendees.

Member Meetings

The Association holds two general member meetings a year, in accordnace with the bylaws.  The meetings are typically held in January, to elect new Officers and Committee chairs, and in June.
